Proactive Messaging using Bot

With a bot, you can send a proactive message to Teams without the need to initiate a conversation.

So, you can ask a question without any supplemental information. All the custom apps can send practical messages or questions to users using a bot.

When creating your app, make sure you note the ID you use in your application manifest (you will need this later), and then install it.

Use the Manage apps page to publish apps that you have installed. This way the whole team can view the app on their devices.
